CZECHVISION Holding, Inc. was established in 1997 (start Group CZECHVISION). From the beginning was engaged in the retail marketing of the camera systems and 5 years later also the technologies in the agriculture with BAUER-TECHNICS, s.r.o. Czech republic, ASAT INTERNATIONAL, Poland and GSI Technology USA. The biggest turning point in a company came in autumn 2008, when there was change of owners and the general business activities with the input of experince and history from partner companies as the basis for the new business direction.
This step was the new start with the new products and services for czech and eastern market. In 2009 during the economic crisis a company profits representation of AMIT, a.s. Czech republic for industrial computer control systems and ARTEC Technologies Germany for the distribution of technology MULTIEYE CORDER including software applications. MULTIEYE CORDER . Thanks to it stays our company ahead in the distribuiton of thecamera systems for the agriculture, state sectors (cities, towns, villages..), industrial objects, logistic centres. In regard of the current situation and potency of financial difficulties of customers the management of a company decide to the next inovation in company, get ready to eventual revitalization, come into the new business sector and enlarge it all over the world. CZECHVISION Holding, Inc. currently produce, distribute and provide the camera system on turn-key contract. Now happen also to the demand for optoelectric devices to planes and thanks to it our company speak world leaders to the united cooperation for distribution to the aircraft industry. The winner of the selection process has become a Canadian company L-3 Communications, WESCAM and a company ALLIED – VISION Technologies Canada. After a very difficult ten monthly acts (in december 2009 ) got our company a License for Exclusive of distributor on the basis of signed contracts and authorization of a Canadian Foreign Ministry. At the beginning of 2010 a Canadian company L-3 WESCAM grants to the all integrating materials and general business management for our distribution in to the all Word. The whole complex project is secret and signed with contract about security of informations (NDA). Коренной перелом в работе компании наступил осенью 2008 года, который был связан со сменой владельцев компании и полном преобразовании предпринимательской деятельности с учётом приобретённого опыта и истории компаний-партнёров, что послужило основой для нового направления бизнеса.
Этот шаг стал импульсом для нового старта с новыми собственными продуктами и услугами для чешского и восточного рынков. В 2009 году, во время экономического кризиса, компания CZECHVISION Holding, Inc. получила право представлять АО AMIT (Чешская Республика) в области промышленных систем управления с помощью ПК и ARTEC Technology (Германия) в дистрибьюции технологии MULTIEYE CORDER, включая программное обеспечение. Благодаря этому шагу, компания удержала позицию лидера в поставках систем видеонаблюдения для сельского хозяйства, государственного сектора (города и посёлки), промышленных объектов, центров логистики. Ввиду существующей ситуации и прогнозов финансовых сложностей у потребителей, руководство фирмы решило провести дальнейшую инновацию фирмы, чтобы таким образом подготовиться к возможным преобразованиям, войти в новый сектор бизнеса и расширить свою деятельность по всему миру. В настоящее время компания CZECHVISION Holding, Inc. занимается производством, продажей и поставками систем видеонаблюдения «под ключ». В связи с появлением спроса на оптоэлектрические приборы для самолётов компания CZECHVISION обратилась к ведущим мировым фирмам с предложением о сотрудничестве в области поставок для авиационной промышленности. Победителями тендера стали канадская компания L-3 Communications, WESCAM и компания ALLIED – VISION Technologies Kanada. После 10 месяцев интенсивных переговоров, в декабре 2009 года компания CZECHVISION Holding, Inc. получила ЛИЦЕНЗИЮ Эксклюзивного дистрибьютора на основании подписанных договоров, утверждённых также Министерством иностранных дел Канады. В начале 2010 года канадская компания L-3 WESCAM передала компании CZECHVISION Holding, Inc. полный пакет информационных материалов и общее управление бизнесом для дистрибьюции по всему миру. Весь этот комплексный проект является секретным и закреплён подписанными договорами о защите информации, т. е. договорами о конфиденциальности (NDA).
